The method in which you login varies by payment channel and is dependent on how you first registered to Parkmobile.
A PIN is a randomly generated four digit code supplied to existing customers only. If you are a new Parkmobile customer and registered your mobile number by calling for the first time then you should login using the last four digits of the payment card you purchased your session against.
You can alternatively generate your own PIN for use in addition to the last four digits of your stored payment card by using the tool on the login page of both the website and our mobile apps. Once you have managed to successfully answer the selected security question you will be e-mailed a link where you are able to reset your PIN for use going forward.
If you originally registered to Parkmobile on-line then you would have set your own Password and must use the Password to login to the website only (see instructions on logging in to our mobile apps below).
If you registered by telephone or mobile apps then you should login to the website by following the instructions dictated in this article. You then have the choice as to whether you use the previously supplied PIN we sent you, the last four digits of your stored payment card or reset your PIN to something more memorable (see above instructions).
Once a Password has been set against your account it cannot be removed and only reset by using the tool on the website or our iPhone app.
To access our mobile apps you will need to use the randomly generated four digit PIN you were supplied with, reset your PIN (see above instructions), use the last four digits of your stored payment card or the Password you created when registering on-line or via our iPhone app.
Currently only our iPhone app allows you to login with or create a Password upon registration. Android customers willneed to login using the randomly generated four digit PIN you were supplied with, reset your PIN (see above instructions) or use the last four digits of your stored payment card.
